Reviews of Maxwell Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection

The Autograph Collection hotel I stayed at in Singapore was absolutely charming. I loved the boutique feel of the hotel and the well-designed rooms. The vegetarian restaurant on-site was a pleasant surprise with its delicious risotto. The gym and swimming pool were also a great addition. Although my room was a bit small and had high windows, I would definitely recommend staying on a higher floor for a better view. The breakfast selection was good, despite somewhat hesitant service. I highly recommend this new addition to Singapore hotels.

I was pleasantly surprised by the sustainable initiatives at the hotel, such as the use of glass bottles to reduce plastic waste. The small touches, like the welcome bowl ritual and the chime at the bedside table, made my stay extra special. The staff even surprised us with a bottle of wine and cake for our wedding anniversary. The location was also fantastic, with Maxwell hawker centre and Tanjong Pagar MRT station just a short walk away. I had a delightful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for its charm and sustainability focus.

Nothings.

The hotel is tucked away in a small street, providing a quieter atmosphere compared to the busy city center. The staff pays great attention to detail, with so many nice touches that make the stay memorable. The rooms have a surprisingly comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast, included in the rate, is simply delicious and beautifully presented.
All was satisfactory, no complaints.

The hotel had two complementary welcome drinks. It was located close to a lot of restaurants and shops, making it very convenient to explore the city. One of the best aspects was the rooftop pool with great views of the surrounding area.
The staff weren't very friendly or accommodating. We had a less than desirable room, with no windows and a claustrophobic feel.

Rooms are small and overpriced, breakfast was not filling.

We recently stayed in a new hotel property and were impressed with the luxurious amenities provided. The room was spacious and the mini bar catered to wellness-conscious travelers with dried fruits and nuts as well as health-boosting elixirs. We were also impressed with the range of organic and natural toiletries available. The food served in the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful interior design of the library and plush velvet chairs. The location was also perfect, being close to traditional hawker centers and local restaurants.
We did encounter a minor issue with the lighting in the shower which was quite dim. This aside, the staff were attentive and friendly, and we had a wonderful stay overall.

As business travelers, we loved the attention to detail in everything. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide range of choices. The little touches in the room, like the foot massage ball and the turndown service with herbal drinks and tiger balm, were lovely. The pool area provided a welcome retreat in the city, perfect for cooling off.
Felt like being home, no complaints.

In the heart of an vibrant district, we found this charming and boutique hotel boasting great access to local dining. We loved being in walking distance of Chinatown, surrounded by hip and trendy hotspots to check out. Though the room and bathroom was rather small, the decor was tastefully done. The service was attentive, especially when helping with our bags. The breakfast was tasty, but lacked variety. a lovely stay with great amenities. However, it can get noisy due to the hotel's location on a busy street.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The attention to detail is exquisite, from the historic documents framed in the lobby to the thousands of curated books in the bar area. Our room was spacious and had a small balcony with a peek of the bustling food center nearby. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
All was satisfactory, no room for improvement.

This hotel is an absolute hidden gem! The value for money is outstanding, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with so many nice touches that make for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, tucked away in a small street behind the busy city centre, but still within walking distance to Chinatown. The staff here are fantastic, providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. The basic amenities are all taken care of, including a spacious room with a king-sized bed and a small balcony. And the best part? Breakfast is included, all at a much higher rate.
Nothing to complain about, everything was ok.
